Spreadsheet processing
Files you explicitly select are used to display, organize, copy, compare, combine or split tables on your device. Table calculations run on-device. The current app has no feature that uploads spreadsheet content to developer-operated servers and does not require a separate app account.
Clipboard
The app reads text you provide through the system paste feature only when you explicitly use Paste, so it can preview and create a table on your device. It does not continuously read the clipboard in the background. When you explicitly copy cells, rows, columns or a selected range, the app writes that text to the system clipboard for you to paste into another app. The system clipboard and your chosen destination app may process or sync that content according to their own settings and policies.
Local storage and recovery
To let you continue later, the app retains work, extracted copies, filenames, one multi-table result and retained grouped files in its own storage. These are not immediately deleted when you quit. Undo history lasts only for the current session; unfinished writes are not guaranteed to restore.
Temporary files, saving and sharing
During a paste import, the app may create a temporary file on your device. It cleans up the corresponding import file after normal completion, cancellation or completion of failure handling. Files retained for a retry are cleaned up when that workflow ends. Temporary files may remain after an unexpected exit or if the system cannot delete them. Successfully created work is retained under the local storage practices above and is not deleted when import temporary files are cleaned up. Spreadsheet and clipboard content described here is not uploaded to developer-operated servers.
Saving a copy writes to your chosen location. Before sharing, the app creates a separate local copy and passes it to your chosen system share destination. The destination app or service processes data under its own rules. Opening or closing the share sheet does not mean the recipient received the file.
Released, regenerable share copies are cleaned up under a 24-hour expiry rule or a 64 MiB storage budget. Copies still in use, left after an unexpected exit or not safely identifiable are conservatively retained. Work drafts, unique unsaved results, source files and separately saved copies are outside this automatic cleanup.
System sync and file providers
Choosing iCloud Drive or another file provider may trigger network reads, sync or backup. System device backups may also include the app’s local data. The relevant system, app or provider handles that processing.
Purchases and network use
Trials, one-time purchases and restores use Apple StoreKit. The app reads system-verified transactions, entitlement scope and expiry to decide whether new edits are allowed. Claiming a trial, purchasing or restoring on a new device requires connectivity; a verified purchase does not require periodic connectivity. A network failure alone is not treated as a refund.
Locally retained verification markers and observed times support entitlement handling. They contain no Apple account passwords or payment-card information and cannot alone replace a valid transaction. Apple handles payment. The trial and purchase are not an auto-renewing subscription. Explicitly opening help or privacy links also requests this website through your browser.
Diagnostics and third-party components
The current app includes no advertising or analytics SDK. ZIPFoundation handles compressed files locally. Developer diagnostic logs are off by default. When explicitly enabled through diagnostic launch arguments, logs record only local times, operation-attempt identifiers and events, not table content, and are not uploaded to an analytics service.
This website and email support
This is a static website with no spreadsheet upload, login, online payment, advertising or visitor-analytics scripts. It does not actively set tracking cookies. Alibaba Cloud provides the hosting infrastructure. To serve the pages and provide network security, the developer and hosting provider may process request URLs, IP addresses, times and browser information under the actual service configuration and privacy rules.
When you contact support, the email service processes your email address and message. We use them to reply and follow up, retaining information needed for the support request and necessary obligations. Provide only redacted information needed to investigate. You may contact support to ask about access to or deletion of contact records.
Your choices and contact
You can choose not to share files, save locally instead, and manage copies through your device or file provider. The developer cannot remotely read or delete your local files. For help managing local work or questions about this notice, contact junyin686@gmail.com.
